According to the guidance of WOA Mission Department, OA CIS leaders are designing and dreaming to set up the big pictures of presbyteries. Russia will set up seven presbyteries, and Kazakhstan will set up three presbyteries as there are totally only three cities which have population more than one million.
Under each national country, GA, there will be presbyteries, and under each presbytery, there will be five churches. Russian and Kazakhstan mission leaders chose the biggest cities as the center of each regional presbytery, after they named all presbyteries successfully by the help of WOA leader May God revive mission in CIS Region.
